HR - Learning and Development Officer (Ortigas) Duties and Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to telesales and general workforce needs, focusing on communication, product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, including workshops, role-plays, e-learning modules, and blended learning formats. Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, especially within the sales function, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to meet performance expectations from day one. Collaborate with department heads, especially sales leadership, to identify skill gaps and learning needs across teams. Develop targeted learning and development plans that align with business goals, performance expectations, and employee growth paths. Support talent development initiatives such as leadership training, soft skills development, and succession planning programs. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, performance data, and key learning metrics. Continuously improve content and delivery methods based on learner feedback and evolving business needs. Ensure training programs are scalable, relevant, and aligned with best practices in adult learning and corporate training. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation, including manuals, presentations, course outlines, and attendance records. Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory training requirements. Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, and communication. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. Promote and support learning initiatives such as internal knowledge sharing, mentorship programs, and external learning opportunities. Act as a learning ambassador, encouraging employee engagement with training resources and development plans. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with experience training telesales is an advantage. Experience in broader HR learning and development initiatives is a strong advantage. Experience in TNA. Skills: Strong understanding of telesales techniques and sales processes. Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to design and adapt training programs to diverse learner needs. Proficient in training evaluation and performance metrics.
