Overview

Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales — Mandarin Speaker (Open to Fresh Grads)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to support the Vice President of Sales. This role reports directly to the Vice President and provides all-round operational support to the sales leadership to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and external partners
  • Execute sales strategies under the guidance of top management
  • Supervise the performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of targets
  • Manage information flow for internal and external communications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in handling information from Company Executives
  • Integrate data from various sources and prepare business reports for decision-making
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure project deliverables
  • Track VP’s meetings and task assignments to ensure proper prioritization of targets
  • .Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Vice President
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (WFH on Saturdays)
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
