Onsite Marketing Campaigns - Strategy and Project Management Lead Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities In charge of top-line plans, goal-setting, and overall strategies of their marketing function Recalibrate campaigns and/or innovate entirely new campaign concepts based on project performance and all available data Regularly reviews and clears reports for upper management End to end understanding of the business, from high-level strategy to operations Leads, manages, and inspires all marketing function members to perform well, following the Shopee standard and values at all times Drives continual optimisation of their marketing function and the team Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Social Media, Offline Marketing, Business Development, Design, Product Management, and Operations Requirements Bachelor's degree graduate.
