Overview The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, GTM FP&A, this role will partner closely with GTM leaders to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. Responsibilities include Assist in budget management, including headcount planning, travel and entertainment expense forecasting, and other discretionary spend budgeting for the global Netskope Marketing team Support Accounting in the close process each month-end, ensuring accurate and timely financials. The role will play a key role in the accrual process and incorporating business feedback on unbilled activities Partner with Marketing team members to assist in forecasting, analyzing, and reconciling program spend aimed at driving pipeline growth for the Company Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis for Marketing leadership Participate in the annual planning process, incorporating pipeline and bookings plans to determine appropriate funding for the Marketing function Job Requirements Required: Maintain U.S. working hours schedule: Monday to Friday/Saturday: 20:00 - 5:00 Philippine Standard Time Deep understanding of P&L components, U.S. GAAP Proven business partnership skills and self-starter with analytical and presentation abilities Analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheet and navigating large data sets Preferred: Marketing/GTM finance experience Experience working on U.S. hours Systems experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday, and/or Salesforce.
