Overview:
The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, GTM FP&A, this role will partner closely with GTM leaders to drive financial/strategic execution for the company's business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a role that will have a significant impact on strategic planning and decision-making within the GTM function and at Netskope.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in budget management, including headcount planning, travel and entertainment expense forecasting, and other discretionary spend budgeting for the global Netskope Marketing team
• Support Accounting in the close process each month-end, ensuring accurate and timely financials. The role will play a key role in the accrual process and incorporating business feedback on unbilled activities
• Partner with Marketing team members to assist in forecasting, analyzing, and reconciling program spend aimed at driving pipeline growth for the Company
• Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis for Marketing leadership
• Participate in the annual planning process, incorporating pipeline and bookings plans to determine appropriate funding for the Marketing function

• Maintain U.S. working hours schedule:

• Monday to Friday/Saturday: 20:00 - 5:00 Philippine Standard Time

• Deep understanding of P&L components, U.S. GAAP

• Proven business partnership skills and self-starter with analytical and presentation abilities
• Analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheet and navigating large data sets

• Preferred:

• Marketing/GTM finance experience

• Experience working on U.S. hours
• Systems experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday, and/or Salesforce.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required
