Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Extract employee attendance for direct employees and promoters.
  • Timekeeping of attendance for all HQ employees and verification of regional timekeeping (semi-monthly).
  • Timekeeping of expat attendance and verification (monthly).
  • Conduct attendance verification every cutoff.
  • Monitor all direct and promoter concerns.
  • Post POTD daily.
  • Coordinate with regional HRs for attendance verification of promoters and sending extracted files for promoter attendance in agency group.

Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

  • Preferably experience handling 1000 headcount.
  • Responsible for extracting employee attendance for direct employees and promoters.
