Job Openings Client-facing Project Manager (Creative/Design Production) About the job Client-facing Project Manager (Creative/Design Production) The Role Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates. Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g., translators, printers) to ensure project success. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as the liaison between clients, team members, and external vendors. Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders. Qualifications 10-15 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications as an accounts manager / team lead Experience in direct client / stakeholder management and communication Years of experience in a corporate organization or setting Strong background in project management, with a good grasp of project management tools Experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plus Ability to coordinate, manage and track high volume of work assignments Work Setup: Location: Taguig By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for the purpose of recruitment and employment may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or its clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
