WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure effective and compliant Customer Facing SC on PVM KPIs and SOPs
  • Build key customer relationships that will drive commercial success for both PVM and the customer
  • Ensure Customer service levels are achieved through collaborative planning, On-shelf Availability, Customer Penalty Management, Customer Trading Terms, On-Time Delivery and Cost to Sales.
  • Drive projects to improve Customer Facing SC operations
  • Ensure Supply Chain strategic initiatives and continuous improvement plans are in place

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years or above experience in Customer Service or Logistics management
  • Minimum 3 year as Customer Service Head

Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required:

  • SAP SD and MM knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledgeable in Modern Trade Customers Trading Terms
