WHAT YOU WILL DO Ensure effective and compliant Customer Facing SC on PVM KPIs and SOPs Build key customer relationships that will drive commercial success for both PVM and the customer Ensure Customer service levels are achieved through collaborative planning, On-shelf Availability, Customer Penalty Management, Customer Trading Terms, On-Time Delivery and Cost to Sales. Drive projects to improve Customer Facing SC operations Ensure Supply Chain strategic initiatives and continuous improvement plans are in place OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years or above experience in Customer Service or Logistics management Minimum 3 year as Customer Service Head Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required: SAP SD and MM knowledge Proficient in MS Office Knowledgeable in Modern Trade Customers Trading Terms Critical Leadership Competencies: Building strong identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. Demonstrates good judgement in routine and day to day decision making Align work plans and priorities with team members.
