Join the team as an IT Deployment Specialist to deploy and maintain client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs. Your Role Key responsibilities are as follows: Deploy and maintain trial and production sites. Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features. Update meeting information, logos, and banners, and upload downloadable files. Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms. Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools. Provide product usage and sales information. Analyze and route support cases appropriately. Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks. About You Ideal candidates will have: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL. Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. Fresh graduates are welcome.
