About the role DL Public Relations is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Network Engineer to join our team. In this full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise-level network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business objectives and driving innovation within our organisation. What you’ll be doing Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, identifying and resolving problems to ensure uninterrupted service Develop and maintain network documentation, policies, and procedures Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new technologies and implement solutions that enhance network capabilities Provide technical guidance and training to junior network engineers and IT staff Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to our network infrastructure What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Lead Network Engineer or a senior‑level network administrator Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise‑level network infrastructure, including routing, switching, VPNs, and wireless technologies Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and industry standards Proficient in network analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental and organisational goals What we offer At DL Public Relations, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
