Primary Responsibilities:

• IT System Policies and Procedures – Involves in LAN/WAN policies and guidelines required to ensure smooth implementation of network operations. Ensures integrity and reliability of LAN/WAN systems by ensuring the implementation of network operational controls, resolutions and reporting procedures. Reviews network operations reports, analyses impact on LAN/WAN installations, and takes preventive or corrective measures to ensure adherence to network policies
• IT Network Installation/ Maintenance/Administration – Operates and maintains all wired and wireless voice and data network, LAN/WAN/SDWAN/Internet of CEB
• Deployment of necessary hardware and software to set up a computer network, and customizes it to meet the needs of the company, control user access to the network.
• Designs, installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure.
• Evaluates, tests, and recommends appropriate network technology for use in CEB business needs.
• Installs and tests computers and related network hardware in a networked environment.
• Installs and tests approved software and software upgrades in a networked environment.
• Reads technical manuals, attends vendor seminars and appropriate professional development workshops to learn about the maintenance and use of emerging computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with CEB Policies and standards.
• Develops and coordinates network replacement plan.
• Maintains and update network layouts of all sites.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a c o l l e g e de g r ee i n C o m pu t er En g i n e e ri ng, E l ec t r o n i cs & C o mm un i c a t i ons En g i n ee r i n g , or any I n f o r m a ti on Techn o l o g y r e l a t ed f i e l d.
• Must have at least 5 years experience as Network Administrator, including: network security, business process analysis, IT operations, on-premise/cloud network implementation and support.
• Must have experience on Local, Wide Area Networks and Data Centre Support operations.
• Must have excellent communication, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, and intermediary skills
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
