Overview

Compliance Associate , you are expected to ensure 100% completion rate of all new hires’ pre-employment requirements, by tracking the documents they submit online or via email and following up on pending items. You are also responsible for conducting audits of recruitment activities to maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect the pre-employment requirements of the new hires and ensure it is tracked in real-time.
  • Audit recruitment activities to maintain compliance with procedures.
  • Upload the pre-employment documents to their respective folders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are acceptable, but 1 year of HR/TA experience is preferred.
  • Above average English and Filipino communication skills.
  • Above-average Excel skills and basic skills in utilization of MS Office apps — Outlook, Word, and any Messenger apps.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willing to report in Taguig.
