About Our Client
Our client is a purpose-driven renewable energy company. With a growing team, they are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to establish and streamline HR processes, manage visa and mobility administration, and develop structured policies that support their people and mission.
Job Description
HR Process Setup & Management
- Design and implement core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and needs.
Visa & Mobility Administration
- Oversee visa applications, renewals, and compliance for international hires.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and government agencies as needed.
- Develop internal guidelines for relocation and mobility support.
Policy Development & Compliance
- Draft and implement HR policies tailored to a small, agile organization.
- Ensure policies are compliant with local labor laws and reflect company values.
- Provide training and support to staff on policy awareness and adherence.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Support leadership in building a strong employer brand.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years in HR, in a startup or small company environment is desirable.
- Experience with visa administration and policy development.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and working in a purpose-driven organization.
