
Junior Service Desk Analyst

Join an international team as a Junior Service Desk Analyst providing first-level IT support and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
Your RoleHere’s what you will be doing:
- Provide first-level support by handling calls and emails, managing Incidents and Service Requests according to Helpdesk KPI objectives.
- Participate in digital transformation activities, including enrichment of self-service systems, automation of routine tasks, and enhancement of service management tools.
- Receive and log all user calls, keep users updated on progress and actions for Incidents and Problems, and communicate planned and short-term service changes.
- Record and manage the lifecycle of all Incidents affecting Stolt users, escalate unresolved issues to second/third line support or vendors, and manage critical incidents to resolution.
- Manage the service management system, maintaining data on service levels, customer and user information, support resources, and automations.
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts, Agile, DevOps, and prior IT service delivery experience in an end-user facing environment.
- Technical expertise in networks, hardware, storage, operating systems, Windows 10, Citrix, mobile platforms, Office365, SharePoint, SCCM, and MFA.
- Additional skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web design tools are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to work shifting schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
