The Operations Engineering Manager supports the development, implementation, and auditing of operational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of operations standards across all stores by collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting thorough store audits. Responsibilities Develop, review, and manage operations policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with multiple departments to prioritize and facilitate the implementation of new operational guidelines and procedures across all stores. Conduct regular on-site store visits to perform comprehensive audits, ensuring compliance with established policies and identifying areas for operational improvement. Analyze audit findings and work with relevant stakeholders to recommend and implement corrective actions and process enhancements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in operations engineering, process management, or a similar role within a retail or multi-site environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Willingness and ability to travel regularly for store audits and visits. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for policy management and audit reporting.
