Job Description

  • Drive consultancy projects focused on transforming oil and gas / water clients.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, sharing your expertise, fostering independence, and inspiring enthusiasm.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard by using appropriate methodologies and proactively managing risks.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, demonstrating deep understanding of their needs and business challenges.
  • Actively seek out new consulting opportunities and convert them into strategic proposals.
  • Oversee the development and presentation of proposals in the oil and gas / water clients, ensuring they align with client requirements and your area of responsibility.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business consulting background is preferred.
  • Have led projects in the oil and gas / water space (process engineering, PMO, change management, etc.)
  • Minimum experience of 6-9 years, at least part of it is under business consulting.
  • Training in Engineering, business administration, or economics.
  • MBA master's degree is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel locally and internationally.
  • Able to identify business development opportunities.
