- Knowledge of customer service practices; strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport within the organization and with customers.
- Project management, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.
