About The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Incident and Problem Management Consultant to join our Service Management team. In this role, you’ll ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of IT services, driving sustainable service quality and minimizing downtime.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and coordinate incident resolution, including escalations and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee problem management and continuous service improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams and vendors to maintain service excellence.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL certification preferred).
  • Experience managing incidents, problems, and service improvements in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse, international teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
