Overview Career Opportunity: Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (PE1, PE2 & Cadet) Will Decena and Associates Inc. Role Summary We are looking for motivated Mechanical and Electrical Engineers (ranging from PE1 and PE2 to Cadet Engineer) to join our dynamic team. You will assist in the coordination, design, and implementation of MEPFS systems for medium to high-rise projects, ensuring strict compliance with all quality and safety standards. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience (PE1/PE2): 2 years or more experience in building or MEPFS projects. Experience (Cadet): Internship experience with MEPFS works. Technical Knowledge: Strong background and familiarity with MEPFS systems. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). Design Tools: AutoCAD, Planswift, SketchUp, Bluebeam, PDF Exchange, or similar design/drafting software. Core Competencies: Strong coordination and communication skills. Deployment: Willingness to be deployed to project sites (within and outside Metro Manila). Added Advantage: Background in testing, commissioning, and QA/QC. Preferred (Advantageous) Licensed Engineer (Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer). Familiarity with the Philippine MEPFS Codes.
