- Coordinate with Accounting for payment processing and documentation.
- Work closely with Inventory, Operations, and other departments to fulfill procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers when necessary.
- Assist in preparing cost analysis and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software/systems.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures is a plus.
