- Participate in process improvements; create automation or scripts (PowerShell) where encouraged.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams; maintain accurate tickets and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies; support knowledge management initiatives.
- Willingness to work onsite (varies by role/location) and/or night shifts as required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a service desk or helpdesk role (some postings require 2+ years).
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server, VPN, Firewalls; strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting global/international clients preferred in some postings.
- Educational background often includes Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; some postings accept HS/GED with relevant experience.
