Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together Profile Requirements Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. High level of computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills (essential) Strong attention to detail Strong self-management skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure Flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes Extensive experience in working with desktop computers, Windows, computing in the network environment (i.e. CRM, shared drives, etc...), Excel, email, remote communications tools (GoToMeeting, remote desktop, etc.) helpdesk/support websites, backend of websites for changes and updates, and CRM Requires a minimum of 3 years of technical BPO experience and preferably an associate's degree or better training and education beyond high school or equivalent. Able to coordinate with other suppliers. Core responsibilities Taking reservations and dealing with customers on the phone and at the counter. Taking calls and enquiries for our Everything Fleet Car Rental offices located in Australia Maintaining a high level of customer service and sales Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, telephony, hardware, and software. Document application processes and procedure for the Call Center team’s use. Ensure systems are secure and ready for users. (Tools: Websites, TSD, MS Office, telephony) Create tickets, follow-up and elevate to Local IT/supplier issues that require specialist assistance. Ensure data in TSD are updated and accurate.
