Overview

Call Center Agent/Customer Service Representative postings from multiple listings. Onsite opportunities with shifting schedules and various salary ranges. Some roles advertise no experience required, others require 1 year of customer service or BPO experience. Locations include Mandaluyong, Pasig (Bridgetowne), Valenzuela, Alabang, Muntinlupa, and other NCR areas.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Document inquiries accurately and respond to customer inquiries via email or other channels.
  • Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Assist with sales operations when applicable and ensure order processing and timely delivery updates.
  • Provide timely information and solutions to customers, and communicate with customers, sales teams, and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school/SHS graduate or higher; some listings accept no experience or require a bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields.
  • 1 year of customer service or BPO experience (some postings allow no experience).
  • Good communication skills in English; able to work onsite and in shifting schedules.
  • Willing to start ASAP; ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office); ability to navigate the internet and systems.
