The Graduate Landscape Architect will support the design team in site analysis, site planning, and the development of conceptual and detailed design work for landscape architecture projects. Responsibilities include assisting with drawings, graphics, presentations, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Project exposure may include civic spaces, parks and recreation, transportation, mixed-use, urban design, hospitality, healthcare, and master planning.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of the design process while developing technical and creative skills within a collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements

The Graduate Landscape Architect role requires:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in landscape design (internships or academic projects considered)
  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, and Lumion
  • Enthusiasm for preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and assisting in construction documentation
  • Basic knowledge of hardscape materials, planting design, and sustainable landscape practices
  • A willingness to collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and environmental teams
  • Strong design sensibility, eagerness to learn technical skills, and attention to detail
  • Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
