Overview SENIOR ARCHITECT is responsible from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. Responsibilities Liaising with Managing Director, Design Principal, Operations, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendor / Suppliers, and other employees / departments (where appropriate). Overseeing the assigned Interior Design Projects (overall, including adaptation of budget and adherence to timelines). Overseeing the design for a client and ensuring that the design fits within the Client’s expectations and requirements. Maintaining the Project’s overall design direction and aesthetic. Managing the delivery and deliverables of the Project. Managing and mentoring more junior design staff. Responsible in the effective presentation of design proposals to the client. Assist in the preparation of Professional Design Contract Proposals for Interior Design Projects. To seek continuing professional development. Research and update on latest industry standards, innovations, and best practices Assist in the production of contract documents, specifications and other documents relating to project. Assist in the preparation of presentations; to include renderings and material boards / mood boards. Selecting and presenting all Furnishing and Materials for approval of the Principal and the client. Reviewing of Project documents including drawings sketches schedules and specifications. Responsible for Project team and resources. Maintaining project files. To contribute or otherwise assist as required. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture Must be a Licensed Architect Minimum Experience / Training Must have 5 years of relevant experience in Interior and Architecture Design - Mainly in Corporate Office fit-out Projects Competencies Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter Programming abilities to extract information and produce reports Knowledge of building and accessible codes Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Other Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Locations: Pasig; Taguig; Mandaluyong; Makati; Manila; Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
