Job Description The Senior Landscape Designer will be primarily responsible for leading the conceptual and schematic stages of landscape design projects, focusing on creative vision, design storytelling, and visual presentation. The role requires a strong blend of manual sketching and digital visualization skills to communicate ideas effectively across diverse project types including civic, parks and recreation, hospitality, mixed-use, urban design, and master planning developments. The Senior Landscape Designer will collaborate closely with design directors, landscape architects and visualization teams to translate design concepts into compelling graphics, 3D models, and presentation packages that capture the project’s design intent and narrative. Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop innovative design ideas that respond to site, context, and client vision Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Lumion, and Illustrator (experience with Rhinois a plus) Expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, and visual storytelling through both digital and hand‑drawn techniques Experience in preparing design presentations, concept reports, and high‑quality visualizations for client reviews and competitions Understanding of landscape materials, planting palettes, and sustainable design principles Coordination experience with architects, infrastructure, and visualization teams to align concept intent Strong graphic sensibility and attention to composition, color, and lighting in renderings Job Requirements Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent Minimum 8years of professional experience in design‑focused landscape roles, preferably with exposure to large‑scale UAE or GCC projects Proven track record in developing strong landscape concepts and schematic designs Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical competence, and visual storytelling #J-18808-Ljbffr
