Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day human resources operations, administrative support, and office management tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across departments. Responsibilities Human Resources Functions Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.) Maintain and update employee records and files Prepare employment documents such as contracts, memos, and reports Handle attendance monitoring and leave management Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Support HR initiatives such as training, evaluations, and employee engagement activities Administrative Functions Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems Assist in processing permits, licenses, and other compliance documents Prepare and manage reports, schedules, and meeting minutes Provide support to management and other departments as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative work (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively Why Join Us Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for learning and career growth Exposure to both HR and administrative functions Working Location On-site - Muntinlupa #J-18808-Ljbffr
