ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II

Employment Status: Contract of Service (COS)

Monthly Salary: (SG 8) Php 19,744.00

Number of Position: One (1)

Office/Division: Crisis Intervention Section / Protective Services Division, Provincial Operations Office – Davao de Oro

Qualification Standards:
  • Education: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR completion of Grade 12 / Senior High School (starting 2018)
  • Eligibility: None-Required
  • Training: 4 hours of relevant training
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

Facilitate and monitor incoming/outgoing documents; maintains and updates the records database management system; prepares and submits regular reports and perform other related task as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
