Overview

Job Title: Junior Bookkeeper

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM, Monday to Friday, Night Shift

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and audits
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (accounting or finance)
  • Experienced Full cycle bookkeeper + AR, AP, Reconciliations
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Yardi, Quickbooks Online or Desktop
  • Real estate industry experience
  • Internship or coursework experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards
  • Experience with ERP systems
