Roles and Responsibilities

• Operational Functions

• Oversees fulfillment of operational and advertising requirements (upload and documentation)
• Manages the fulfillment of site partner and internal uploads, including ads, map updates, tags, etc.
• Manages the advertising requirements for client updates
• Coordination with other teams and external parties (liaise with property ops team)
• Management and preparation of playlist report
• Maintain balance exposure of Clients against Mall/Internals in playlist
• Provides the necessary categories and logos, as needed for the site updates
• Manages inventory of products
• Internal: coordinate with Product Development, Programming, and Technical teams for new products
• External: liaise with site partners for coordination for management of old and new products
• Prepares advisories and memos to site partners re: directions and operations
• Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to superiore
• Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management

• Marketing

• Manages the branding of the company
• Manages the branding of products and product awareness campaigns
• Provides in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the product
• Reviews local and international settings, and suggest application. Conducts research for project feasibility. Reviews existing products and suggest enhancement
• Conducts field visits for research and evaluation of product
• Directs the Marketing efforts onsite and online
• Aligns with Product Development, Sales Team, and Power Mac Marketing team for research to have an effective marketing & sales activities plan
• Develops marketing campaigns, for evaluation and approval of the General Manager
• Executes activities that will generate leads, including coordination with suppliers (flyers, newsletter/email marketing, exhibits, events, saturation, online presence, social media, website), B2B events, webinars, surveys, press releases, etc.
• Directly manages online accounts and provides regular content updates (content creation)
• Prepares a monthly content calendar for social media content updates
• Updates the website for new products and inventory, in coordination with Programming team, if necessary
• Coordinates with Product Dev and/or Technical team for information and photos to be included in the posts
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget
• Manages SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the company and its products
• Good in copywriting. Must be knowledgeable in presentation and reports

Specialty Food Retailers, Inc. a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Store Supervisors to be assigned in SaladStop Philippines.

The position is responsible for supervising the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Customer Satisfaction
2. Deliver excellent service for both internal and external customers
3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store

2. Food Products & Other Supplies

• Ensure that proper standards and procedures in the preparation of food ingredients are followed.
• Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering

3. Equipment & Machines

• Check equipment, furniture, and fixtures for daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance
• Ensure that all equipment and machines are operational

4. Safety, Sanitation & Security

• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores
• Implement proper food wastage and garbage disposal
• Implement regular pest control maintenance

5. Manpower

• Prepares the store weekly schedule
• Monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
• Coach and mentor store staff

6. Overall Store Performance

• Monitor, gather, and analyze sales performance matrix. Make necessary actions to improve store performance
• Conduct programs and procedures to prevent pilferages/inside theft

Job Qualifications:

Education

- 4-year course graduate

Experience

- At least 2-year supervisory/leadership experience in the Food or Hospitality industry is an advantage
