Your Role: We need TWO exceptional Elite Enterprise Hunter to join us remotely from the Philippines and immediately impact our bottom line. Your mission is simple in concept, demanding in execution: Identify, engage, and close a major enterprise client within your first 30 days. The Role: Elite Enterprise Hunter Your sole focus is on high-value, new client acquisition. We expect you to leverage your own network and prospecting skills to build a pipeline of opportunities with companies spending $1M+ USD annually on recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Masterful Prospecting: Aggressively prospect and qualify a pipeline of enterprise-level clients through expert cold calling, strategic LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging existing networks. C-Suite Negotiation: Confidently engage with Founders, CEOs, and HR Directors to negotiate and secure long-term, high-value recruitment contracts. Rapid Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales process from first contact to signed contract with urgency and precision, aiming to close your first major deal within 30 days. Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables): A Proven Closer: You have a verifiable track record of consistently closing six-figure B2B service contracts. Experience in recruitment, BPO, IT services, or consulting is highly preferred. A Cold-Calling Expert: You are exceptional on the phone and can build rapport and credibility with senior executives within 60 seconds. Strategically Relentless: You combine strategic thinking with relentless execution. You don't just make calls; you orchestrate a campaign to win. Autonomous & Driven: You require minimal handholding and are fueled by uncapped earning potential and the thrill of the win. What We Offer: Uncapped, Ultra-High Commission: This is a commission-based role with a generous monthly retainer and an aggressive, generous structure designed for you to earn USD100,000-250,000 per year based on your performance. Your first commission cheque can be earned within your first 45 days. Direct Executive Access: You will work directly with our directors, with no bureaucracy to slow you down. Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere in the Philippines.
