Location & Work Setup: Onsite if from Cebu or WFH for outside Cebu, Day Shift (6 AM - 3 PM)
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 depending on experience
Summary (Why This Role Matters)
The Content and Data Coordinator is responsible for managing content for various vehicle manufacturers, ensuring accurate data entry and project coordination, while also attending to client inquiries and promoting manufacturer offers. This role is critical in fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high-quality content management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content for different vehicle manufacturers.
  • Oversee NCIS (New Cars In Stock) new vehicle data matching.
  • Attend to client concerns and inquiries via email, call, and chat.
  • Promote vehicle manufacturer offers and manage overall campaign activities.
  • Handle other web and digital admin-related tasks.
  • Exhibit visual understanding and maintain brand consistency.
  • Possess basic project management capabilities and assist in project coordination.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • Client-facing data entry/Customer Support experience is required.
  • Strong client support skills with excellent verbal and written communication for meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in data entry (zero room for errors).
  • Preferably with experience or a strong interest in the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of web content management.
  • Ability to recognize and implement good design principles (not a designer)
