What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to and resolve incoming support requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems

  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and document resolutions for future reference
  • Liaise with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless problem resolution
