Sales Administrative Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primarily assists the Supermarket division in any administrative work necessary for the consummation of sales and coordination with the buyer.
- Ensures that all purchase orders and RTV documents are retrieved and processed immediately.
- Makes templates for Purchase Orders and suggests recommendations for Inventory Management.
- Routes and monitors drafts for trade letters and e-mails.
- Assists the supermarket specialist in monitoring the inventories of different outlets by reviewing call reports, purchase orders and goods delivered.
- Files and keeps important documents related to purchase orders and their delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree preference to sales or marketing course.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
