Job Description for Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. At least 1 year of proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
