Business Development Manager

Prepares and maintain necessary documentations of all the area projects.Works closely with the Marketing department to tracks new markets and emerging trends, new products and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships, and guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.Coordinates and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.Conducts research on new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunitiesSupports and coordinate with the Marketing, Sales and Public relations activities.Assist in preparing business plan and budgets for new projects.Assists in the development of training plans and performance improvement plan to address skill set gaps identified in business and sales personnel.Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to give advice.Monitors company policies consistently and fairlyMonitors business development initiativesJOB QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Master degree holder is a plus.Team player, with the ability to work successfully with individuals at all levels of an organization.Competencies-Business Acumen-Strategic Thinking-Problem Solving/Analysis-Financial Management-Customer/Client Focus-Communication Proficiency-Time ManagementCombination of private/public/cooperative experience a plus5+ years of experience in managementMust demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent in people management skills
