Tax Lawyer

Responsibilities:-Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation-Conduct legal research and analysis to interpret laws, regulations, and precedents and provide guidance and recommendations to clients-Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, briefs, and legal opinions-Negotiate and settle legal disputes, including participating in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.Required Skills:-Fresh law graduate, under bar or new members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are acceptable-Preferably a member the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Certified Public -Accountant but accounting background is not mandatory.-Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Additional Notes:This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.Working Set-up: HybridMondays to Fridays.Job Overview:-Offered Salary: 70000-Experience: 1-2 years
