Job OverviewTASQ Staffing Solutions is a reputable staffing agency seeking an experienced Capacity Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team of Workforce Management Analysts.

At least 1 year of handling a WFM Team · 2 years of experience in Capacity Planning · Must have experience in using NICE IEX, CMS Avaya, Verint (At least 2 out of 3) · At least 2 years in college Location - MOA Salary - 50k Php
