JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Marketing, or any related field
With 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer; background in marketing or sales support is an advantage
Experience in preparing reports, sales summaries, or business reviews is a strong plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
Amenable to face-to-face interviews
Can start immediately or as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main coordinator between the Metro Manila Sales Team and internal departments to ensure timely support for customer inquiries, orders, and requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated customer databases, price lists, contracts, and sales documentation.
Track and analyze sales performance; prepare regular reports and basic sales trend summaries.
Assist the Assistant Manager with delegated tasks, ensuring timely implementation and completion.
Prepare and submit daily order forms for processing to the concerned department.
Encode new customer information into the internal system accurately and promptly.
