Job Description
We’re looking for a Finance Admin Assistant who is detail-oriented, values integrity, and focuses on accuracy and process improvement. This role helps support financial operations, maintain compliance, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes within the team.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the processing of accounts payable and commission payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in maintaining business license compliance, including registrations and renewals.
- Help manage sales tax registrations, filings, and payments across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
- Track and support personal property tax assessments and payments.
- Coordinate routine business filings and assist with required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines related to leases and utility accounts.
- Assist with financial projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with U.S. sales tax filings and processes is preferred
- Experience supporting lease administration or lease management is preferred
- Preferred degree in Accounting, but not limited to related fields such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a structured environment.
- Proactive, dependable, and collaborative work style.

Job Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:
- Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or
- AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or
- macOS 12 or newer.
- Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
- Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.
- Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).

Compensation
Pay rate starts at Php 38,000/month and may vary by experience and location.
