Position: Purchasing Assistant
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Calamba, laguna
Salary: Php15,000 – Php 20,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Set up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨ bachelors degree in business Administration and any related course.
✨With at least 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, import and export
✨With experience working in manufacturing company
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Support in company for planning and managing procurement strategies.
✨ Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
✨ Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships.
✨ Monthly Inventory
✨ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to avoid shortages or overstock.
✨ Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure timely updates in procurement systems.
✨ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
