About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning operations across client sites. This role ensures that all housekeeping staff deliver high-quality service, maintain cleanliness standards, and uphold safety protocols. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily housekeeping activities including scheduling, task assignment, and quality control

· Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards

· Conduct regular inspections of client premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with service agreements

· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage

· Address client feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

· Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals

· Prepare reports on staff performance, site conditions, and operational efficiency

· Coordinate with operations and HR teams for staffing, onboarding, and disciplinary actions

· Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among housekeeping personnel

Qualifications

· Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (events or talent industry experience is a plus)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· High school diploma or vocational certificate; additional training in hospitality or facility management is a plus

· Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards

· Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively

· Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent service needs

· Familiarity with basic reporting tools and mobile communication apps
