The Branch Supervisor oversees all store operations—ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and overall profitability is maintained. The role involves managing personnel, inventory, and equipment in accordance with established procedures.

Overview

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for leading store operations, driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring effective store management in alignment with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities Sales Management
  • Sales Management — Achieve sales targets and gross margins.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Assign and monitor individual staff targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
Inventory Management
  • Inventory Management — Ensure proper stock levels and merchandise mix.
  • Monitor inventory variances and coordinate with Merchandising.
  • Approve disposal of damaged goods and ensure compliance with pullout procedures.
  • Ensure regular updates to WMI reports (Adidas/Nike).
Operations
  • Operations — Conduct monthly store audits and prepare reports.
  • Maintain store readiness, housekeeping, and operational standards.
  • Address customer and staff concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate store permits, supplies, repairs, and asset transfers.
Personnel Management
  • Personnel Management — Lead staff scheduling, orientation, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor attendance and enforce disciplinary policies.
  • Recommend promotions, salary adjustments, and incentives.
  • Conduct regular branch meetings and staff counseling.
Cash Management
  • Cash Management — Secure cash, GCs, and manage store funds responsibly.
  • Review deposits, sales invoices, and remittances daily.
  • Monitor store expenses within budget and ensure sufficient change funds.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/Degree of Sports Science and Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or any related courses.
  • At least 6 mos. working related experience
  • With good communication and supervisory skills
  • With excellent customer relation skills.
  • Willing to work mall hours operation
