JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With 2-3 years’ experience as a sales admin or marketing is an advantage
✨With experience in making report and business review is a plus
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Act as the primary coordinator between the Metro Manila Sales Team and internal departments to ensure prompt support for customer requirements.
✨ Keep customer databases, price lists, contracts, and sales documentation accurate and up to date. Track sales results and generate regular reports, including basic sales trend summaries.
✨ Assist in carrying out and monitoring tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager.
✨ Prepare daily order forms for processing.
✨ Encode details of newly acquired customers into the system.
✨ Track and manage sample bottles and sales kits inventory.
✨ Maintain organized filing of essential documents and records.
