JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer or Administrative Staff
Background in marketing or sales support is an advantage
Experience in preparing sales reports, summaries, and business reviews
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
Can start immediately or as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary coordinator between the Metro Manila Sales Team and internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer inquiries, orders, and requests
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer data, price lists, contracts, and sales documentation
Monitor and track sales performance; prepare regular sales reports and basic trend analyses
Assist the Assistant Manager with delegated administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare and submit daily order forms to the concerned departments for timely processing
Encode and update new customer information in the internal system accurately and promptly
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations
