Customer Service for Hotel Booking Account

As a Customer Service Representative for the Hotel Booking account, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a seamless booking experience. Working in our Davao City office, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-quality customer service.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations
Process bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently and with attention to detail
Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a consistently positive customer experience
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
At least 6 months customer facing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide solutions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Willing to start immediately
