• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer communications


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Basic understanding of hotel reservation systems and booking procedures
• Proficient computer skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage guest inquiries effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• 6 Months of experience needed
