RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee all Aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
-Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
-Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
-Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
-Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
-Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process.
-Enter all client information into client database.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good command of the English language
Must be 18 years of age and above

10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection

DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS:
Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
