Medical Equipment is almost 100% imported, as areapproximately 50% of medical disposables. Job Description At least 3-5 years of strong experience as an accounting supervisor. Prepares financial reports and analyzes financial data to provide insights to management, while offering recommendations for future actions. Reviews and conducts audits on daily transactions and reports. Oversees operations and manages administrative petty cash funds. Effectively prioritizes tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of work and accountability for the team’s output. Ensures the security and confidentiality of company records. Accurately handles tax filings and ensures compliance with business regulations. Possesses comprehensive knowledge in bookkeeping, audits, disbursements, bank reconciliations, tax compliance, payroll documentation, and government remittances. Manages payment processing and disbursements, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations while verifying documents and reconciling transactions. Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid in strategic business decisions.
